West Virginia will be wearing blue helmets/gold jerseys/blue pants for it's matchup in Morgantown against the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The Mountaineers have only worn this combination of the current uniforms once, which was in the 54-0 thrashing of the Towson Tigers in 2014.

Mountaineers To Debut New Uniform Combination Against Liberty

West Virginia fans are always eager to know what uniforms the Mountaineers will wear into battle in the upcoming game, so we are going to be starting a new feature where we will inform the masses.

This weekend against the Liberty Flames, the Mountaineers will be going with a uniform combo that they've not yet worn. We've seen something almost like this before, but the white helmets really tie it all together.

WVU Joins Allstate's Good Hands Program, Field Goal Nets Installed

This season, with the addition of the new field goal nets from Allstate, Mountaineer fans have more reason to cheer as each successful extra point and field goal generates money for WVU’s general scholarship fund. Starting with the matchup against Georgia Southern on September 5, Allstate will donate $300 for each field goal and $100 for each extra point successfully converted by the Mountaineers.
