Edwards sustained an injury this weekend against UMass and head coach Josh Eilert spoke to the media on Monday telling everyone that Edwards would be out at least four weeks with a broken wrist.

Edwards is averaging 14.8 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per game while shooting 55% from the floor.

Ali Ragab, a transfer from Gannon is the other center on the roster. Ragab has not played in a game yet this season. Akok Akok is the prime candidate to fill in Edwards’ spot in the starting five but is still on a minutes restriction. Patrick Suemnick has also seen time at the five spot.
