Last night, the Big 12 Conference confirmed they’re joining the SEC and ACC in holding steadfast in their intentions to play football this Fall, in spite of the Big Ten and Pac-12’s move to postpone their seasons.
According to Stadium’s Brett McMurphy and The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman, the Big 12 will begin the conference games on September 26th. The non-conference games are expected to be played in the two weeks prior.
SOURCE: For Big 12 teams their schedule is expected to open up with a non-conference opponent that would either be on Sept. 12 or the Sept 19. The conference schedule will begin Sept. 26. Formal announcement will happen in a few hours.
