West Virginia is 3-0 since the series returned in 2017 after the breakup of the Big East, but Jeff Capel’s continued rebuild of the Panthers program after its botttoming out under Kevin Stallings will likely lead to the Brawl becoming less of an albatross around the neck of West Virginia’s strength of schedule metrics.
