On Monday, West Virginia Director of Athletics released the 2020-21 men’s basketball non-conference schedule, with all but a handful of opponents settled. Times have not been decided, as the TV networks will decide those.
Highlights of the non-conference agenda will be the Backyard Brawl at the WVU Coliseum on Friday, Nov. 13, the Big East-Big 12 Battle opening December, and the matchup with Purdue in the Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, New York.
The Battle 4 Atlantis competitors are Creighton, Duke, Memphis, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Utah, West Virginia, and Wichita State, all offering a great opportunity for WVU to capture quadrant one wins early in the season.
WVU’s Big East-Big 12 Battle and Big 12/SEC Challenge opponents will be announced on later dates.
