The National Association of Basketball Coaches has announced the 2019-20 NABC Division I All-District teams and coaches. #24 West Virginia’s freshman forward Oscar Tshiebwe joined fellow Big 12 stars on the First Team for District 8.

Report: Karl Joseph joins Browns on one-year deal
According to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, former West Virginia safety Karl Joseph is joining the Cleveland Browns on a one-year contract after spending four seasons in Oakland. Trio Earns USBWA All-America Status
A trio of Big 12 men’s basketball players earned honors as Kansas teammates Udoka Azubuike and Devon Dotson, along with Baylor’s Jared Butler, were named to the U.S. Basketball Writers Association’s 2019-20 All-America Team. Azubuike was a first team selection, Dotson was on the second team, and Butler was named to the third team.
Four WBB Standouts Garner USBWA All-America Honors
Four Big 12 women’s basketball players earned All-America recognition from the U.S. Basketball Writers Association on Monday. Baylor’s Lauren Cox, who was the Big 12 Player of the Year, was an All-America First Team honoree. Baylor’s Te’a Cooper, Ashley Joens of Iowa State, and Texas Tech’s Brittany Brewer earned Honorable Mention honors.

The District 8 All-District Teams were composed of Big 12 men’s basketball players. The First Team included Devin Dotson and Udoka Azubuike of Kansas, West Virginia’s Oscar Tshiebwe, Baylor’s Jared Butler, and Jahmi’us Ramsey of Texas Tech.

2020 Tokyo Olympics likely to be postponed due to coronavirus pandemic
