West Virginia University Director of Athletics Shane Lyons announced that the suspension of all team activities will be extended to March 29, which is a date that was set by the Big 12 Conference. The situation will then by re-evaluated by the conference at that time.

Eight shooters from the West Virginia rifle team earned a combined 21 National Rifle Association and College Rifle Coaches Association All-America honors over the weekend.

The U.S. Basketball Writers Association has released its 2019-20 Men’s All-District Teams which include eight Big 12 players and Baylor coach Scott Drew. The lone West Virginia player to be named was freshman Oscar Tshiebwe.
