PREDICTION THAT WILL BE WRONG
Oscar Tshiebwe will be the key to this game for the Mountaineers. If he’s able to dig deep down and unleash his inner kaiju — which I think he will — Kansas is in trouble. The sophomore has been unimpressive thus far, but has a perfect opportunity to show up and show the world that the hype is deserved.
It’s going to be a nail-biter for the entire 40 minutes, but West Virginia squeaks by with a last second three pointer from Miles McBride and gets their first ever win inside The Phog.
West Virginia 70, Kansas 67
