On the heels of his older brother being named the Big 12 Conference Defensive Lineman of the Year, Mountaineer defensive lineman Dante Stills took to Twitter and informed the world that he’ll be returning in 2021 for his senior season rather than entering his name in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Obviously this is great news for head coach Neal Brown and defensive line coach Jordan Lesley, as the second-generation star will be looked upon to lead on the defensive line. Stills finished the 2020 regular season with 31 total tackles (13 solo), 8.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks and 2 pass break-ups in nine games.

The Fairmont, WV native was named a Preseason All-Big 12 First Teamer by Street & Smith’s ahead of this season, and has accounted for 71 total tackles (40 solo), 26.5 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and 3 pass break-ups in his three seasons in Morgantown.
