150: Despite the gawdy score, the Mountaineers only allowed 150 yards through the air. Bryant averaged only 6.0 yards per attempt and even though he had a 12 yard scamper on the ground, Bryant finished with 11 carries for 0 yards.
22: The number of missed tackles according to defensive coordinator Vic Koenning. During his weekly press conference on Tuesday, Koenning mentioned that the number of the game should have been that the Mountaineers sacked Kelly Bryant 5 times but instead they finished with 22 missed tackles.
43.75%: The Mountaineers third-down conversion rate. The Mountaineers converted 7 of 16 third downs in the game, including converting on third and 7. Most of the conversions occurred when the Mountaineers stayed ahead of the chains and had to convert third and shorts (defined as 3 yards or less). If the Mountaineers can stay in the positive and convert third downs, the offense will improve.
9: The longest rush of the year for West Virginia. Through two games, the Mountaineers have yet to break one run for 10 yards. Head coach Neal Brown addressed the lack of production in the run game by noting that blame was shared among the entire offense, “the running backs, the wide receivers and the offensive line need to block better. The backs need to find the holes that are there”.

2: The number of sacks Darius Stills collected in the game. The two sacks gives him three on the young season, putting him 8th nationally. Stills has quickly become a fierce defender in the new defensive scheme. He was not nearly as highly rated as his brother but in his junior season, Dante has been the standout player on the defensive line.
