GAME NOTES
- The series between WVU and TCU started in 1984 with a 31-14 Mountaineer win in the Bluebonnet Bowl. The last meeting took place in 2018 in Morgan- town, with WVU winning 47-10. Since 2012, TCU holds a 4-3 lead, winning the 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017 games. Even though TCU holds a 2-1 series advantage in games in Forth Worth, the overall series is tied at 4-4.
- George Campbell has 19 receptions in 2019 and seven of those catches are for touchdowns. He is ranked No. 5 in the Big 12 in receiving touchdowns.
- West Virginia is averaging 1.13 interceptions per game over the last five seasons, ranking No. 1 in the Big 12 and No. 14 nationally
