West Virginia Mountaineers head coach Neal Brown has secured Brooklyn, New York running back, Lamy Constant. Constant has been on the radar for the Mountaineers for a while now and Brown and his staff made sure to keep in touch with the 6’-0”, 185 pound back. Constant, who holds 22 offers from a host of Power 5 schools including LSU Tigers, Michigan State Spartans, and Miami Hurricanes.

Constant is rated a composite 4-star by 247Sports.com, earning a 0.9048 ranking. 247 has him a bit lower at 88 and a 3-star ranking, while Rivals.com has him as a 4-star with a 5.8 ranking. Constant is the 24th highest commit to the Mountaineers, just edging Osita Smith, who signed last year, but is now with Milford Academy Junior College.
The 2020 class, Neal Brown’s first full class at WVU, now features four players in the top 500 of the 247 rankings. Along with Constant, Brown has his quarterback of the future with Garret Greene and his cornerback in David Vincent-Okoli.
