West Virginia Football Recruiting: Parker Moorer selects the Mountaineers after their Belk College Kickoff win

WHO SAID NEUTRAL SITE GAMES WERE POINTLESS

Who said neutral site games are pointless? Dana Holgorsen and the West Virginia coaching staff will argue against anyone that says they are, and they can use newly committed offensive lineman Parker Moorer as proof.

Moorer announced his commitment to the Mountaineers this afternoon, after taking in the Belk College Kickoff action at Bank of America Stadium on Saturday.

The Charlotte, North Carolina native was previously committed to the Maryland Terrapins, but quickly announced he would not be a part of their 2019 signing class when the allegations of how head coach DJ Durkin and the Maryland staff handled the entire Jordan McNair situation surfaced last month.

Moorer is West Virginia’s 17th commit of the 2019 recruiting class, and the second offensive lineman.
