The #HamRope Challenge which went viral when a University of Buffalo Football player showed off his ability to perform what is known as a “Nordic Curl”. The player kneels on his knees and slowly leans forward to the point where he can touch his chest to the floor then he pulls himself back up, all without using his hands. It is an impressive feat of strength and flexibility.
