INF Kyle Gray Named First Team All Big 12

Gray is just the sixth Mountaineer to be named to the first-team All Big 12

West Virginia Baseball infielder Kyle Gray was recently named to the first team All Big 12 team. Gray currently has played in 51 games with 51 starts. Gray currently leads the team in runs, homeruns, batting average, on-base percentage and slugging percentage. Currently Gray has a slash line of .364/.452/.685 on the season with 14 homeruns. Kyle is the sixth Mountaineer to be named to the All Big 12 First Team.

Right fielder Darius Hill was named to the All Big 12 Second Team. Hill is batting .320/.354/.477 on the season. Hill leads the team with 71 hits and 19 doubles. Hill is second on the team in runs.

Freshman Tyler Doanes was named to the All-Freshman Team and earned honorable mentions to the All Big 12 team along with junior catcher Ivan Gonzalez, junior pitcher Braden Zarbnisky, sophomore CF Brandon White, sophomore RHP Kade Strowd, sophomore 1B Marques Inman, and sophomore RHP Isaiah Kearns.
