WVU senior, Teana Muldrow led the way with an incredibly efficient and record breaking performance, as the women’s basketball team advanced past St. John’s in Morgantown on Sunday. Now the Mountaineers will host rival Virginia Tech in the WNIT semifinals later this week.

Rankings Set for Postseason - West Virginia Athletics
After finishing fourth in the Big 12 Gymnastics Championship, the WVU gymnastics team falls to 27th in the national rankings. Despite the drop in the rankings, the team is still one of the best teams in the conference and in the nation on vault with a 49.145 regional qualifying score.

Big 12 lone conference to make both College Football Playoff, Final Four in 2018
Four of the ten Big 12 schools made the Sweet Sixteen, three of those teams moved on to the Elite Eight, and now the conference has a member in the Final Four. This makes the Big 12 the only conference to have a team in the Final Four in basketball and the College Football Playoff this year.
