There was a choice that had to be made by several West Virginia football players in days and weeks that followed the end of the Mountaineers’ regular season. For some, that meant cutting their time as WVU football players short, but for senior receiver David Sills the choice was an easy one. No chance he was going to pass up a final opportunity to play football for the Mountaineers.

Jack Allison and Trey Lowe are going to handle the quarterbacking duties for West Virginia in the 2018 Camping World Bowl this Friday night against #17 Syracuse. Junior Kelby Wickline is going to subin at left tackle in place of Yodny Cajuste. The other remaining question for the Mountaineer offense was the player filling in for Gary Jennings at inside receiver. Dana Holgorsen said that junior T.J. Simmons will be that guy.
