#2 Clemson Tigers 59, Florida State Seminoles 10
Yawn. I honestly don’t even watch Clemson because their schedule has so much cake they should just be blowing out birthday candles every week.
#3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish 44, Navy Midshipmen 22
I keep thinking this will be the week the Irish get exposed and every week they find a way to win. Go ahead and pencil them into the playoffs.
Oklahoma State Cowboys 38, #6 Texas Longhorns 35
Barry Sanders in the house to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the best season ever and OSU jumped on Texas early and held on late.
#7 Georgia Bulldogs 36, #9 Florida Gators 17
I watched part of this game. Florida ran a flea-flicker on their first offensive snap. The QB overthrew him by 5 yards. SEC Quarterbacks....
#8 Oklahoma Sooners 51, Kansas State Wildcats 14
Kyler Murray is having a season that is Heisman-worthy and after this he’s gonna go get paid to play baseball.
#12 Kentucky Wildcats 15, Missouri Tigers 14
I’m not sure if this game is about the resiliency of the Wildcats or the complete ineptitude of the Tigers. Missouri sure looks like the team that played in the Big 12 8 years ago.
#13 West Virginia Mountaineers 58, Baylor Bears 14
Yeah. That’s how you do it. Take one on the chin before the bye and take all that anger out on the next foe. Well done gents.
#14 Washington State Cougars 41, #24 Stanford Cardinals 38
The fall of Stanford will one day be chronicled by Ivan Maisel on ESPN in a 30-for-30 piece that will be wonderful.
California Bears 12, #15 Washington Huskies 10
Things got so bad in this game that Washington pulled starter Jake Browning and not for injury concerns. #WOOF
Mississippi State Bulldogs 28. #16 Texas A&M Aggies 13
Road conference night games are hard. Now we can stop hearing about Jimbo having “two good losses”.
#17 Penn State Nittany Lions 30, #18 Iowa Hawkeyes 24
The Iowa punter threw an over-the-shoulder touchdown pass to a defensive end. #BigTenFootball
Arizona Wildcats 44, #19 Oregon Ducks 15
Road conference night games are hard and Oregon is a bad football team.
Northwestern Wildcats 31, #20 Wisconsin Badgers 17
Just remember, Paul Chryst started the year #4 with an inside track to the College Football Playoffs and an almost sure-fire Heisman contender. They are likely to finish unranked.
Houston Cougars 57, #21 South Florida Bulls 36
Typical Big East/American football, the good teams aren’t good enough to run the table and lose whatever momentum they had.
Syracuse Orangemen 51, #22 NC State Wolfpack 41
Syracuse might be good. Can’t say I’m too heartbroken about not playing NC State now.
#23 Utah Utes 41, UCLA Bruins 10
Utah vs Wazzou in the Pac-12 championship. Make it happen.
Georgia Southern Eagles 34, #25 Appalachian State Mountaineers 14
Conference road night games are hard. I’m sensing a pattern....

Sorry about the fuzzy image but someone tell me how in the world I’m supposed to rank anything below 15? 9 of the bottom 11 ranked teams LOST.
So this is my best guess. I think LSU is for real and if they give Bama a game, I’m inclined to keep them at #2. I don’t think Notre Dame or Clemson are any good and would lose to a number of teams. Sorry I don’t believe in UCF. They are a mid-major team that hasn’t played anyone. They are at their ceiling. I can’t put them above 10 no matter what. I don’t really believe in Texas, Florida or Kentucky but can’t justify putting them much lower.
I doubt WVU moves up to the top 10 this week but I think we are a top ten team.
