The West Virginia Mountaineer coaching staff is working hard to close out the 2018 recruiting class and fill the remaining positions of need, after signing a large portion of the class back in December, and they may have found just what they needed along the interior offensive line in Joe Brown.
Brown originally committed to the University of Miami out of high school, and earned a job as a starter as a redshirt freshman. Brown transferred to BYU after two years in Coral Gables, but eventually ended up at Eastern Arizona Community College, alongside his brother - and fellow West Virginia commit - Mike.
Brown will play his final year of eligibility at West Virginia, and is expected to make a push for playing time as soon as he arrives in Morgantown.
