Dravon Askew-Henry hasn’t played football in a year and yet the media and college football experts are taking notice of the redshirt junior. Askew-Henry was recently named to the Bronko Nagurski Watch List today as announced by the Football Writers Association of America. Dravon, along with spur safety Kyzir White, were both named to Chuck Bednarik Watch List.

Dravon started all 26 games during his first two seasons before sustaining a season-ending knee injury prior to the 2016 season. As a sophomore in 2015, he finished with 59 tackles, 12 solo, one tackle for loss, an interception and four pass breakups.

Interior lineman Kyle Bosch was named to the Outland Trophy Watch List. Bosch, a favorite here at the Musket after his playful attempt to gain the Peyton Manning-turned Dana Holgorsen action figure on Twitter, is a preseason All Big 12 honoree by Athlon Sports and Phil Steele. Bosch has started all 26 games since transferring to the Mountaineers from Michigan.
