Why not, right? West Virginia just gained another commitment to their 2018 class. This time it comes from Ralph Davis, a 6’-0”, 170-pound speedster from Houston, Texas. West Virginia was the first team to offer Davis, who is a cousin of the late Chris Henry.
Davis held offers from West Virginia, Ole Miss and Colorado State. He is rated a 3-star prospect by 247 Sports. In an interview with 247Sports’ Chris Anderson, Davis said he knew Morgantown was his choice ever since he visited.
"Ever since my recruiting process got started I (knew West Virginia was the pick). I was just a little too young (then) to be worrying about what college I wanted to attend. But I always knew in my heart my time would come. It's my dream school and my family attended school there, and I feel like I'm a great fit to the West Virginia receiving corps."
