Jaguars sign Jarrod Harper

Jarrod Harper, former West Virginia safety, has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars after his performance in their rookie mini-camp.

Harper had the second most unassisted tackles on the team with 55.

He saw time in every WVU game that was played in the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 seasons.
