Bria Holmes lights up scoreboard for Atlanta Dream

In the season opener for the Atlanta Dream, former Mountaineer basketball player Bria Holmes scored 15 points and four rebounds.

This is Holmes’ second WNBA season after being drafted 11th overall in last year’s draft.

Lanay Montgomery also played in her first WNBA game after being drafted by the Seattle Storm earlier last month. She played only 32 seconds in front of a national television audience against the Los Angeles Sparks.
