Signed with Ohio State on December 20, 2017

This one stings a bit. If you’ve followed Alex Williams’ recruitment, you’d know that he never as much received a letter from Ohio State. Williams originally committed to Iowa State back in 2016, but changed his mind and committed to West Virginia in May 2017. Williams was a solid West Virginia commit, until Urban Meyer showed up at Pickerington North High School at the last minute to offer the kid he’d ignored for nearly two years.

Williams’ surprise flip was ruined by his school’s Twitter account sending out a tweet on Tuesday that said he’d sign with the Buckeyes.
