Verbally Committed on October 19, 2017

Scott was West Virginia’s top offensive line target, and committed to the Mountaineers back in October. Scott was originally an Ole Miss commit, but decided to reopen his recruitment after Hugh Freeze resigned in July. Scott has good size and shows tremendous effort on the field. With two of West Virginia’s top three guards leaving, don’t be surprised if Scott makes the two-deep as a true freshman.

Scott held offers from a long list of schools, including at least one from every Power 5 conference.
