Brown committed to West Virginia back in April, but kept Mountaineer fans on edge by taking official visits to North Carolina and Florida - the two schools that rounded out his top three. Brown previously attended the now-defunct Eastern Christian Academy, which also produced David Sills V, Daikiel Shorts and Wendell Smallwood, and continues West Virginia’s strong pipeline to the area.
