The West Virginia men’s basketball program picked up another talented guard for the 2018 recruiting class this evening when Trey Doomes announced his plans to continue his education and basketball career with the Mountaineers.

Doomes is a consensus three-star guard according to the major recruiting sites. With Doomes joining Jordan McCabe and Derek Culver in the 2018 class, the Mountaineers move up to No. 20 in 247Sports’ class rankings, just behind the Kansas Jayhawks.
