The West Virginia Mountaineers just pulled another big time player out of Western Pennsylvania with the commitment of East Allegheny standout TJ Banks. Banks announced his commitment to the Mountaineers via Twitter this evening. Banks is listed as an athlete/defensive end according to 247Sports, but expects to play as a tight end in Dana Holgorsen’s offense.
