ESPN College Gameday just announced that they will be bringing Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Fowler and David Pollack to Fort Worth, Texas as the #23 West Virginia Mountaineers will take on the #9 Texas Christian Horned Frogs.

West Virginia, led by Will Grier, have returned back to the top of the offensive rankings. Grier ranks in the top 10 nationally in passing yards and touchdowns while David Sills and Gary Jennings rank in the top 20 in receiving yards and touchdowns. Justin Crawford leads a talented running back corp. Crawford has topped 100 yards in West Virginia’s last 5 regular season games.

The Horned Frogs are coming off a wonderful performance where they traveled to Stillwater, Oklahoma and slowed down Mason Rudolph and the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Darius Anderson rushed 24 times for 160 yards, including a game-sealing 42 yard touchdown after the Cowboys made it a one-score game.

This will be the Mountaineers third appearance on Gameday and their first time as the visitor. Gameday visited Morgantown ahead of their matchup with LSU in 2011 and then again in 2014 when the Horned Frogs came to Mountaineer Field.
