Mobley was offered by the Mountaineers in July, and will reportedly take his official visit on September 10th. He is considered a four star prospect according to ESPN, and a three star according to 247 and Rivals. 247 rates him as the 145th best player in the class of 2017 and the 14th best prospect in the state of Florida. Mobley has also received offers from NC State, VCU, Dayton, and others.
Mobley's recruitment took off after an impressive showing on the summer circuits. For West Virginia to get his first visit obviously shows he's seriously considering the Mountaineers.
