WVU ARCA Driver, Travis Braden In Action Again September 25 At Kentucky Speedway

WVU ARCA series driver Travis Braden will be racing again this weekend.

It's Braden's Turn

Not to be out done by the West Virginia Mountaineer football victory over Liberty University last week, Travis Braden is taking them on once again; and he's doing it single-handedly. Braden, ARCA league driver, will be racing this Friday, September 25 in the Crosley Brands 150 race at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, Ky. The WVU rival car from Liberty University is schedule to be there as well.

You can catch all the exciting miles on the Mountainlair big screen Friday night starting at 8:00 p.m. Come out and join other WVU race fans as they help cheer on one of their own to victory lane.

In Braden's summer racing debut in the ARCA Racing Series at the Lucas Oil Raceway on July 24, he pulled out the lead against 17-year-old, William Byron, the Liberty University car driver. Byron led the race for 119 laps, but that wasn't enough to beat Braden. Braden capitalized on the strategic four-tire change and pulled ahead of Byron in the last 21 laps of the race.

Braden came out on top and came in first place in his summer debut. It was too the wire excitement.
These two rivals will face off once again. You won't want to miss a single lap of this high-speed rivalry. Braden's looking to bring home another W for the blue and gold, and Liberty's hoping to even the score . . . A little.
