Four Star Wide Receiver Commits To West Virginia

Hot off his four day visit to the University of Nebraska, Franklin (MD) wide receiver Steven Smothers took to Twitter and announced his commitment to the West Virginia Mountaineers. Smothers is a four-star prospect according to 247Sports, and has been one of the Mountaineers' top targets for the 2016 class. His commitment brings West Virginia to seventeen total commitments for the class of 2016, and bumps them up to the 247Sports' No. 37 class.
