With the 35th pick of the 4th round of the 2015 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks selected the reliable offensive lineman of the Mountaineers.
Mark Glowinski came to WVU by way of Lackawanna (Junior) College where he was a two year starter and earned 2nd team NJCAA All American in 2011. He came to WVU to play tackle in 2012, spent a year red-shirting then moved inside to the guard position during the spring drills of 2013. It was at the guard position that Glowinski thrived. He started all 25 games for the Mountaineer offense at the position.
At the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, Glowinski put on an impressive performance, bench pressing 225 lbs 31 times (good for 4th among the offensive lineman) and ran a 5.2 second 40 yard dash (15th for OL).
HERE is the NFL Draft Profile for Glowinski.
Congratulations Mark! The Mountaineer faithful wish you well and are sure you'll excel in this next phase of your football career.
