Per Hoppy Kercheval's twitter account:

2/3: Charge stems from incident at Lux bar early Sunday where Worley is accused of grabbing a female around the neck and pushing her down.

3/3: Victim, whose name is not yet known, was not seriously hurt. Worley was suspended from team indefinitely Monday night.

Given the recent issues with NFL players in the news for domestic battery, this is not good news. Check that, it's not good regardless of any peripheral situations. As with anything, we'll have to wait and see what transpires in the coming days and weeks. At the time of this writing, no new information has been posted by the university or coaching staff. Until then, we will keep you updated with any changes.
UPDATE: Worley was arraigned and released
Just left magistrate court, where Daryl Worley, with his father by his side, was arraigned on battery charge and released on $10,000 bond.

It might be November before Worley has another date in this process, which could put the rest of his season in question.
