WVU Football: Five “Must Improve” Areas On Offense

As fall camp opens, the Mountaineers look to overcome the program’s worst season since 2001. WVU's offense must correct five areas as they begin their third Big 12 campaign.

As fall camp opens, the Mountaineers look to overcome the program's worst season since 2001.  Here are five areas that WVU's offense must correct as they begin their third Big 12 campaign:

1.       Offensive Line Play

2.       Quarterback Play

3.       Efficiency

4.       Red Zone Efficiency

5.       Turnovers

Lots of statistics will be presented to support the claims made above.

All of these improvement areas are related, so some information/stats may be discussed more than once.

Each area of improvement will be closely examined over the next five days through a series of articles, starting with Monday's article on the offensive line.  Stayed tuned...and be sure to present your opinions as the series progresses.
