West Virginia Mountaineers Football: WVU Places Five On AP All Big 12 Teams

Twenty AP sportswriters who regularly cover the Big 12 for newspapers across the league's five state footprint voted on and released their All Big 12 Teams today.

WVU placed three members on the First Team Offense:

• Wide Receiver - Kevin White, Senior, (Biletnikoff Award Finalist)
• Offensive Lineman - Mark Glowinski, Senior
  
• Kicker - Josh Lambert, sophomore (Lou Groza Award Finalist)

WVU placed one on the Second Team Offense:

• Offensive Lineman - Quinton Spain, senior
  

The Mountaineers also had one honoree on the Second Team Defense:

• Safety - Karl Joseph, junior

The rebound of the 2014 football team in the "W" column along with the return of WVU to a bowl game would not have been possible without a these individuals playing at extremely high levels. It takes a team, but it also takes a few individuals to go above and beyond. For the five honored here, we say congratulations!
