That makes the schedules for those two years look like:
WVU's '16 sked: home v. Youngstown St, Mizzou, Okla, Baylor, TCU, Kansas, Kan St; at Texas Tech, Okla St, Texas, Iowa St; v. BYU at FedEx.

WVU's '19 sked: home v. NC St, OK State, Texas Tech, Texas, Iowa St; at Mizzou, Okla, TCU, Baylor, Kan, Kan St. Likely one home date remains

West Virginia is definitely upping it's out-of-conference profile in the coming years, scheduling "Power 5" conference opponents N.C. State, Penn St., Virginia Tech and now Missouri (to go along with an attractive independent opponent in BYU game in D.C) over the next few years.
