Dravon Henry chose the Mountaineers over Pitt and Miami. He was the number one rated recruit at his position and overall in Pennsylvania. As far as star power goes, Henry is the prize of this class and has the potential to be a top college cornerback. You can't have too many of those in the Big 12. He'll have an excellent opportunity to showcase his skills against the best passing attacks in the country.

Henry is from Aliquippa, PA and a high school that has fed Pitt's football program college and pro talent like Darrelle Revis for years. It's always nice to jump over the Western Pennsylvania wall and welcome a new Mountaineer to Morgantown. Henry was also an accomplished running back for Aliquippa as you'll see in the video below. But his primary role with the Mountaineers is expected to be cornerback. He also excelled at returning kicks and should have a chance to do so at the college level.

Welcome home Dravon!
