West Virginia Football Coaching Approval Meter: Post-Georgia State Edition

We've had a couple of days to ponder this without too much emotion being involved now. It's time once again to weigh in your opinion of the WVU football coaching staff. Participation poll included.

US PRESSWIRE

It took a little longer than most thought or would have liked, but our Mountaineers still were able to take care of business convincingly. Since we last took stock:

  • Childress took a little bit to get comfortable, but looked to gain confidence as game wore on
  • Offense looked much more like what we are used to seeing, despite the opponent
  • Defense looked solid again, save for one long run (for TD) allowed
  • Kicking game and special teams were fairly uneventful

Last Poll (Post Oklahoma Loss):
68% approval with 445 votes cast

2013 Total Statistics:
76% approval
867 positive votes
271 negative votes
1138 votes cast

Here's how this poll works:

Do you approve of the job that the coaching staff is doing? Yes or No. No hedging, no gray areas, nothing in between. It's up to you to use your own criteria. Are you judging the staff by the weekly team performance? Are you looking at the program as a whole? Do you take into consideration recruiting? Are you looking at national attention (good or bad)? As always, please explain your vote in the comments section.
