Big 12 Tournament First Round Game Thread: West Virginia Mountaineers vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders

Well, it all comes down to this...the West Virginia Mountaineers need to go on a four game tear, the likes of which not many of us have seen in our fandom. Anything short of that and the NIT isn't even a likely destination for Huggs and the Mountaineer cagers. First round action of the Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament in Kansas City's Sprint Center tips off tonight with the bottom four teams vying for spots in tomorrow's quarterfinals. If WVU can manage a victory tonight, the reward is a dance with the Kansas Jayhawks. Thus is the life when you finish eighth in the conference.
