Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Carlsberg beer, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.

T-minus 8 Days

Thank God next week is game week. This waiting is the hardest part. We do have plenty to go through regardless. WVU's baseball team just brought in a haul and Coach Mazey seems pleased despite his late entrance in the recruitment cycle. Speaking of late arrivals, Huggs just got a late addition to the hoops squad via the Ukraine. There are a couple of football player features and more looks at what the defense will look like this year. Caleb gives us a rundown for tonight's WVU/NFL action. Both soccer teams are in action this weekend and we also have the usual Big 12 roundup. All of this and more...
