The Shotgun/Throwdown: Friday (8/17/12) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Rugen Brau.

We have the final presser of camp from Holgorsen today (next week begins game prep). The press ignited somewhat of a panic when they reported that Geno was absent from practice and wouldn't be told why until the presser later in the evening. Needless to say, our thoughts and prayers go out to Geno and his family. There are plenty of practice reports, player features and national previews. Caleb previews tonights Titans/Bucs game and we have your regular Big 12 roundup too. All of this and more. Be sure to check back later today for our Big 12 Visitors Guide.
