SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Rankings 2011

The week five BlogPoll wrap-up is out.  I know some of you think I'm crazy with some of my picks.  And putting Ohio State in there may qualify me as a glue sniffer, but it's nothing compared to some of the folks on the BlogPoll this week.

For instance, I did not put South Florida or Michigan in my top five.  Maybe Garnet and Black Attack knows something about their team that I don't.  Or they just have that feeling that Stephen Garcia is another bad game away from the bender to end all benders.

Ken was kind enough to come over and wish us good luck Saturday, which is apparently the kiss of death for Big East bloggers.  There's a few Syracuse bloggers that I consider friends or friendish.  They could probably tell you better than me how I have cursed them with my kindness when they really needed the win.  Not to say that we don't appreciate it, Ken.  It was probably one in a long list of superstitions that went the wrong way for us Saturday.

Somehow, Baltimore Sports Report does not have Temple in the top 25.

So that's a wrap.  There's some great games on the schedule for this week.  Should help us to clean this up a bit.
