The build up finally comes to a head tonight as Les Miles brings his #2 ranked LSU Tigers into Mylan Puskar Stadium to take on Dana Holgorsen and our beloved West Virginia Mountaineers. The fans have already put on a show for the ESPN GameDay crew that's in town to cover this weekend's events (television coverage of the game is on ABC at 8 pm ET). WVU is also hosting several important visitors at today's game, among them are a vast majority of EDSBS's staff, including Spencer Hall and Holly Anderson along with the commissioner of the SEC, Mike Slive.
Even with Mr. Slive in attendance, we push all of the realignment talk aside and a game with huge national implications takes center stage. It will be WVU's high flying offense against the ever so fast and stingy defense of LSU. We all know how special night games in Morgantown can be. Can the Mountaineers make this one another classic for the ages?
So...sit back, relax, put your feet up, grab your favorite beverage or 11 and leave your running commentary, random observations, complaints, hopes, fears, smiles and tears, snark and comments below.
And, as always...
