TSM Coaching Approval Meter (Post-Norfolk St., 2011)

I completely forgot to have one of these last week. But really, is one week enough to judge a coaching staff? One that is completely new at the head and on one side of the ball this year? Enough with the excuses from me. I forgot.

Historically, this gives generally fickle results with wins and losses. This is a simple poll. Yes or No. But, it's up to you use your own criteria. Are you judging the staff by the weekly team performance? Are you looking at the program as a whole? Do you take into consideration recruiting? As always, please explain your vote in the comments section.

We'll keep track of the results throughout the season and post more data as it is collected. Here are some points that may or may not influence your decision:

High points

  • Defense has yet to allow a TD
  • 45 points in one half
  • New team passing yardage record set already
  • Recruiting is looking promising so far

Low points

  • Allowed punt return for a TD
  • Losing to FCS team at halftime
  • Struggling running game
