The Shotgun/Throwdown: Monday (8/15/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Hasseröder, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.

The weekend has come and gone and Coach Holgorsen seems more pleased with the energy and competition. It also appears that he has found another QB for the roster by way of transfer from Kentucky. There's plenty of news and notes from practice, as usual, today. Of course the big news is still A&M and the SEC. After what seemed like nothing more than a big fart noise from the SEC presidents, it now looks as though both sides are just doing legal posturing in an attempt to avoid as many lawsuits as possible.

Friday's poll asked where you WANT WVU to be affiliated and I was somewhat surprised that the ACC edged out the SEC by 21 votes (5%). Today I ask you where you honestly think WVU WILL END UP once all the dust settles (and to please explain your opinion in the comments section):
