The Shotgun/Throwdown: Wednesday (4/6/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by San Tomás Marzen, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.

Today's practice was in full pads, but it's still too early for those reports. In somewhat surprising news, Geno IS being pushed for the starting job by true freshman Paul Millard. We all knew it was a possibility, but, WOW. It's already looking like Coach Dawson found a real gem. And based on an item from Casazza's blog, it appears that the season opener may get a date change for TV. Plus, a recent former Mountaineer player has run a bit afoul of the law.
