Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Peroni, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.
There's lot's of coverage today of the new members of the Mountaineer football staff. I've got interviews, features and plenty of videos as well. On the basketball side of things, the men are traveling to Philly to take on Villanova this weekend and the women host the Lady Panthers in their version of the Backyard Brawl. And, as usual, I have your weekend viewing guide to Big East basketball. Check back later today for Q&A sessions I did with two 'Nova blogs.
If you have any tips, suggestions or requests for content that you think is worth sharing, you can send them to me by email or Twitter and don't forget to "LIKE" the Smoking Musket MAIN PAGE on Facebook (follow this link, then hit "LIKE" at the top of the page).
