The Shotgun/Throwdown: Alcorn St. Hangover (11/18/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Heartland Brewery's Indian River Light.

It was a record setting night for KJ as the men rolled on Alcorn State last night. He passed Chris Brooks for the WVU all-time offensive rebounding mark early in the first half. There's plenty of coverage of that game to check out inside.

WVU's men's soccer team advanced in their NCAA tournament with a golden goal in OT to down Xavier last night. Football's off week continues with features on Stedman and Lindamood. And the WVU women take to the court twice this weekend. One tonight and one on Sunday.

Have a great weekend everybody!!
