The Shotgun/Throwdown: Wednesday (10/5/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Saint Arnold Oktoberfest.

There, obviously, is the little matter of UConn coming to town this week and WVU has done a few lineup shuffles leading up to that game. We also have some notes on the lesser covered sports today, all achieving national rankings this week. All this and more...
